Managing Director/Investments

I began my investment industry career in 2001 with A.G. Edwards, a predecessor firm of Wells Fargo Advisors, and joined Stifel in 2021.  Prior to entering the industry, I worked as a teacher and administrator in public education for more than 15 years.

I earned a bachelor’s degree and two master’s degrees from New Mexico State University.  I also hold Series 7, 9 & 10, and 66 securities licenses, as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses (including annuities).  In addition, I obtained the Accredited Asset Management SpecialistSM and Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM designations.

Las Cruces has been my home since 1982.  I am very proud of my two children.  My son, Taylor Gobble, partnered with me to form the Gobble Financial Group at Stifel.  My daughter, Jessica Paxson, and her husband, Presley, reside in Farmington, where she runs her own small business.
